In all the years I've been with Crete, I've never been able to get to a driver appreciation lunch. I wouldn't bother to ask, because that's something the planners aren't good with.

I see it all the time drivers not using their locks I talked to claims awhile back cause I had something wrong with the load and as she told me if you don't use your lock and get broke into you could be paying for what was stolen so my locks are always in use thanks getting another T-1 done seems everyone else has ignored the msgs it's only been 10 months since it was last done thank you fellow drivers for blowing it off

I've personally never had any issues with the inverters.... but I'm not some princess that needs to power 300 electronics. A sleeper cab just needs necessities for your daily needs and a couple things to keep you entertained during 10 hour breaks and 34 hour resets, not mansion room accommodations

If any one has a permit make sure it’s up to date , Oklahoma will pull you in and make you bring your paperwork in to see if it’s up-to-date and then also they’ll ask to see your Ifta license and see if it’s up-to-date.

Why are other Shaffer drivers always dropping dirty trailers, and/or not full of fuel at our terminals and drop lots? This is too common…except the one trailer that was ready to go. Thank you to that other conscientious driver! ❤

When I was with Crete I calculated the quarterly mileage and I would never hit it on the dedicated account I was on.

Asked and NOT answered, How many miles is considered "Fully Utilized". The answer is actually in your driver reports under Driver Score Card as to how many miles per day needed to meet your year end goal. For me it's 115,000 miles a year. The goal is 80% in service. so for me right now it's 416 MPD to meet that goal

Let me start by saying thanks for what you have been to me for the last 12 year's, but I'm not sure how much longer I'm going to be part of this, I signed on to a trucking company not a tech company, I don't use the co pilot thing nor the vector, but I drive a truck really well.

I have a suggestion for you guy. Let's say a dispatcher has 48 drivers on their board. Can the dispatcher send out a message on Miles per week on what the drivers have let's say 10 drivers. This will help the other drivers to let them know where they're at on the board and it can be a competition and motivation for the other drivers.

I just recently started using copilot because they eliminated route suggestion. I'm noticing, it seems to route some really crazy routes. One trip, it routed me an extra 93 miles adding a toll road. That's a lot of wasted fuel. But since I didn't go that way I saved 93 miles of fuel, a toll, and malfunction junction I 35 & I 40 in Oklahoma City. But, I got hit with being non-compliant for missing a fuel stop. I refuse to drive extra miles if I'm not getting paid for them.😢
